Refund Policy Page

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at info@furryhut.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged items. Upon review of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
FurryHut is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the recipient's address. Upon inquiry, FurryHut will investigate the delivery of the product, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information. Upon investigation, refunds/replacements will be issued out for items that failed to deliver to its destination.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us with your order number at info@furryhut.com
